1/2 English Cucumber, sliced
In a bowl combine: 4 oz cream cheese, 1 tsp fresh dill, 1 tsp fresh chive, salt and pepper to taste, and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well to combine evenly.
Layer the cream cheese mixture on the cukes, add a bite of the salmon. Top with sliced capers and red onion. On half of them I garnished with the Everything Bagel Seasoning. Doing macros for the whole serving came to: 70% fat, 27% protein, and 3% carb.
