Hi, I think I may have experienced cross contamination over the weekend due to a shared grill, since then + the heat my body taken a toll , no appetite, lethargy, and aching muscles. Has this happene to anyone? What do you take after a crosscontamination- I take glutenease but I’m still in pain

Everyone with celiac has different reactions. If you had cross contamination , my experiences I just feel sick and nauseous for 4-5 hours after the fact. Then it goes away . If it was worse then most celiac‘s Will get very ill for several hours and then eventually go away. Obviously this continues see your doctor
