-1 avocado (2 net carbs)
-1 can of tuna (0 net carbs)
-Mayo to your liking (0 net carbs)
-Hot sauce to your liking (0 net carbs)
-couple tablespoons of a cucumber (~1-2 net carbs)
-Soy sauce (1 carb per tbsp… I used less)
-Everything bagel seasoning
Cut open the avocado and remove the seed. The peel.
Mix tuna, mayo, cucumber and hot sauce. Scoop into the middle of the avocado. Slice the avocado in half the long way and then a few times the other way. Top with seasoning and soy sauce.
