Anyone else?

The transition to gluten free is really rough, but I think the best thing you can do is find a new normal and embrace it. I mostly do my own cooking now because it’s easier to avoid contamination issues. If I do go out I’ve learned to appreciate a good salad – it’s pretty easy to find safe ones or make minor changes, and you can tell at a glance if they have something they shouldn’t (just be careful of dressings).

Having a restricted diet is always going to suck a little bit, but as you get used to it it does get better so hang in there!
