Caprese Salad with Prosciutto

So this is barely a recipe but I really love this dish so I thought I would share for those who still haven’t tried it. It’s amazingly easy to make and it’s almost unfair how good the ingredients go together. Preferably, you’d want Basil instead of Spinach but I didn’t have any at home (:


560 Calories (35g Fat, 7g Carbs, 54g Protein)


– Mozarella (125g)

– Prosciutto Crudo (85g)

– Tomato (115g)

– Fresh Spinach (20g)

– Extra Virgin Olive Oil (5g)


Cut the tomatoes and mozarella in similiar sizes then add them on the plate and salt lightly.

Add the Prosciutto and drizzle some olive oil over the mozarella then add the spinach. Done 🙂
