Why is palm oil so common in gluten snacks?
I have been glutenfree for 6+ years, and one thing that perplexes me is the amount of palm oil in gluten free snacks.
I find it strange that companies that create snacks for people needing a sustainable diet, don’t also think about sustainable for the planet.
What are your thoughts?
