I learned to make gluten free bread for my gluten sensitive wife. Here is my first try. Tastes just like regular white bread!

I would suggest for any homemade bread you freeze it if you want it to last. They don’t have the perservatives that store bought has and go bad within the week.

That being said, should last about a 3 or 4 days left on the counter. It may get a little hard over time though.
