Really struggling with food textures and becoming frustrated.

So I’m new to this fun and I’m kind of struggling. I don’t have celiac (no antibodies) but at minimum I’m severely gluten sensitive, I go for food allergy tests in two weeks.

I’ve been wasting so much money on food because I want it to taste like what I’m used to.. it doesn’t!!!

I bought brownie mix, took one bite and threw is all out. I have yet to dare to try bread yet. I found the barilla pasta is actually good – I was pleasantly surprised.

I want cake, brownies, bread that actually tastes good that isn’t dried out or has a grainy taste to it. I’m not much of a baker but, definitely willing to try it and learn.

Any input on recipes and best brands would be so so appreciated! I’m in the US if that’s helps.
