Homemade Fried Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 12 Chicken pieces

  • 2 tablespoons gluten free flour

  • 3 tablespoons corn flour

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons dairy free milk

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • oil for frying, as needed

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave it for 2 hours.

  2. Deep fry for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done.
