Made my first ever pies this weekend! The crust was tricky but turned out super well!

Thanks for sharing your tip about using an egg. I had never thought about that, but it is great for binding ingredients, so makes sense. Looks really damn good. I made a GF apple pie but the crust tasted so gritty, I used King Arthur GF Pie Mix. I know it takes practice. Looks delicious.
