Hi all, so basically the short version is this: My wife and I both have jobs that keep us separated from each other (we live in to separate states) and she recently found out she has a gluten allergy. However, due to social anxiety, depression, etc, she is having a very hard time leaving her apartment and going grocery shopping in order to get GF foods. Sometimes, she just ends up eating foods with gluten, and then in turn gets a migraine or throws up. So I’m kinda at a loss here… is there anything I can do to make this easier for her? She’s also convinced that all GF options are disgusting, though I can’t say she’s tried everything. Either way, thanks for any advice in advance!
