Gluten free baking

Hey all! I don’t really know if this is where I should post this but I need help. I have some expandex modified tapioca starch and some whey protein isolate. I have been told to avoid both diary and tapioca and wanted to know if anyone wanted either one or both. They’re both open, been in a dedicated gluten free kitchen. If you or anyone you know could use the expandex modified tapioca starch and whey protein isolate. I will ship it to you and probably include cookies or something for the help. Thank you
