What was your motivation?
My son is my motivation.
What inspired you to keep going, even when you wanted to give up?
Traveling with my son and not being able to fit on rides at amusement parks.
How did you change your eating habits?
I ate smaller portions. I also said no to beef and no to pork.
What did your workout routine consist of?
I work out five days a week for 1 hour each day. Currently, on two of the days, I do an hour-long workout in the morning and an hour in the evening.
What was your starting weight? What is your current weight?
My starting weight was 269 pounds, and my current weight is 198 pounds.

When did you start your journey?
I’ve been off and on this journey for seven years. In terms of my current transformation, I’ve been living this lifestyle faithfully for a whole year.
