A couple weeks ago my local store has a sale on KAF gf flour so it was around $2/lb, compared to my Bob’s flour that runs around $4. So obviously I bought 9 pounds in preparation for the holidays.
I’ve been gf for a couple years now and there are some recipes I haven’t mastered yet. But the glory of KAF is that they have a wealth of tested recipes designed for the flour, in addition to noting which regular recipes you can sub in gf flour seamlessly.
I made a wonderful loaf of pumpkin bread and looking forward to finally making pie crust again!
