Tired of wasting money on gluten free bread….. what is your favorite store bought kind? I am happy to spend more, if it means I will stop wasting money on trial and error. Mostly error.
Canyon Bakehouse is good – especially the larger sized ones.
HEB (Texas) carries a UK brand called Genius that makes a brown bread that’s better than the white. (Can also recommend their cinnamon raisin.)
Essential Baking in Seattle has a full sized white bread that’s amazing. I buy it packaged at Tacoma Boys – I’m sure there are other places that sell it.
And in tiny-availability: in Victoria, TX there is a bakery called Gluten Freedom that makes the best sandwich bread I’ve had yet.
