I’m going to a potluck and want to make food for a celiac person also attending, how careful should I be?

I’m not gluten free and I’ve never made anything for someone who is. I know to wash all my pots and pans and utensils, wash my hands, etc but is there any other precautions I should take? I messaged the person and they did say they are sensitive to cross contact but they said other than that they’re fine. Thank you ahead of time!
