My first bread! It isn’t perfect but it tastes good and I’m super proud

I used this recipe and then added a half cup of shredded marble cheese with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning while rolling the dough up
My bread definitely collapsed on itself while baking because I proofed it for too long, if you follow the recipe exactly you shouldn’t have the same issue though.
