Just a silly thought that crossed my mind. This year I became intolerant to gluten and dairy. And it was confirmed today I can no longer tolerate oats or corn. I’m so bummed. Oats are so heart healthy. I don’t really care so much about corn, except corn chowder and roasted corn salsa. Corn on the cob is pretty great too. And popcorn. Aw, man. And no granola. But I kinda like learning to adapt and still don’t think I would trade. That might change if I ever become allergic to shellfish.
