Potlucks are HARD.

My company does an epic yearly potluck with probably a hundred people contributing, and several hundred eating. They’re kind enough to provide allergy cards for people to fill out: the google spreadsheet even asks if the top-8 allergens & meat are present so they can print off the allergy cards ahead of time for people.

30 people are signed up. 5 of those claim their pasta dish has no wheat in it.
