My go to bagel recipe.
I cut the recipe down to make it more manageable and make cinnamon raisin bagels by adding cinnamon to the flour and raisins after mixing the dough. You can sub Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 or King Arthur’s Measure for Measure instead of the Better Batter.
