This is a high fat and high protein recipe that is gluten free. Enjoy
4 Extra large Egg
2 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 Tsp Stevia Sweetener
2 Tsp Cream Of Tartar
5 Tbsp Coconut Oil
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat.
In a seperate bowl combine the almond flour, baking soda, stevia, and cream of tartar until well combined.
Add the vanilla extract and 4 tbsp melted coconut oil to the eggs.
Add the dry ingredients to the eggs bowl. Mix until well combined.
Grease the pan with remaining coconut oil and create 4-5 small pancakes for every serving. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes until the top of the pancake begins to firm up. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute.
