Newly Gluten-Free – Eating a lot!

Hey All,

This is my first Reddit post in 5 years. Had to start a new account, so sorry if I don’t post correctly.

I just started a Gluten-Free diet a few weeks ago, on doctor’s advice.

I definitely feel better (Stomach feeling better, Sleeping better, etc.) But one thing I notice is that I eat a lot more. Anyone else feel this way when starting the new diet? I can seriously eat all day if I want. I figure that I used to eat about 1500 calories a day. Now I could easily double that. It’s not a problem because my body type doesn’t gain wait, but it seems a bit odd.
