The bread that’s out there has not won or wow’d my family in the slightest. Before my diagnoses of celiacs we enjoyed a whole lot of types of breads. So, my hope is to make my own.
Favourite bread mixes, cheat codes and tips appreciated on that front. Got a store bought brand that tastes half way good and it’s available in Canada? Take my upvote!
Also; Is there zero hope of using a second hand bread machine at all? Due to cross contamination etc I know it’s a long shot but we have to replace a ton already. Would be so freaken happy if there’s a way to get a machine second hand without damning myself to gut pain.
