Side note: if you’re used to eating normal bread, ‘ok’ is as good as gf gets. Cake and stuff gets so much flavour from the fat and sugar, but bread relies almost solely on the flour. As long as it has ANY flavour, someone long time gf will be happy. Especially if it doesn’t have the texture of sawdust in chewing gum!
But do keep searching, just don’t put the bar at the same standard as your normal bread.
