Tangerine and lemon cake.

I kinda have one, mostly just added what I felt like the right amount was.

1/2 cup butter 1/4 oil 1 and 1/2 cup sugar 2 big pinches of salt 2 eggs Juice and zest of 6 tangerines Juice and zest of 1 lemon (could probably use 2 or 3) 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 cups GF AP flour (I’ve been using the WinCo bulk blend)

Cream fat, sugar, and salt. Then add the eggs, then the juice, then the dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for about an hour, but check it with a skewer to see when it’s done.
