I finally got in to see a gastro last week for my stomach issues and he confirmed that I likely have an intolerance to gluten based on symptoms that improved once I went GF.
I’ll be getting tested for celiac soon so I’ve been taking the opportunity to eat all the foods I’ve missed— fried chicken, Chinese food, real bread! Turns out a lot of the favorites I’d been missing are junk haha
I’m hoping it’s not celiac for obvious reasons, but I’m trying to enjoy myself through the pain for the next little while regardless of what the diagnosis will be! Wish me luck 🙂
