Chili and Gluten Free Beer

Sorry in advance if this is a dumb question, I’m a little out of my depth with gf cooking.

I’m making a variation of Kevin’s Chili from The Office (sans carpet), but one of the people I’m having over has Celiac’s. I normally use whatever beer I have at home (usually a lager or ale of some kind), but was looking to use Glutenberg‘s American Pale Ale or Red Ale instead.

Has anyone made a chili with gf beer before, or kniws if it would make a difference compared to using regular beer?
