Hello all, I should preface by stating up until tonight I have never cooked with GF anything. I am making some treats for my girlfriend’s family, and her sister is non-celiac. I am making simple chocolate chip cookies, like I have done many times, and I substituted the flour for GF flour. I tried the dough and it tasted a little bitter after a few seconds. Is that normal or did I mess something up in the recipe? Thanks everyone.
