I’ve had an easy time, and have eaten mostly in the city center. Menus are often labeled – an “A” means it has gluten, so just look for items without an A. Food packages seem clearly labeled as well. I’m visiting a friend who lives here and speaks German so she’s done the heavy lifting with questions with waiters. Her local bakery sells a potato bread that they claim is gluten-free but I have no guarantee of that. It tastes good. I’ve been here 5 days without me reacting to any gluten. There is a Chipotle rip-off that was ok as well. Bottom line: it’s been easy to eat well and gluten-free.
