Can someone tell me why these aren’t gluten free

Actually, you can be certified GF here in the US and made on shared equipment with wheat. It’s the dirty secret no one is talking about.

While there’s cleaning protocols, once you know what 5/10/20 ppm looks like, it calls a lot into question.

We called over 400 companies with GF on the package. Only 120 were made on wheat free equipment. I hope this is different in other countries.
