Gan Bian Dou Jiao Recipe (Dry-Fried Sichuan String Beans) are made with long green beans that are tossed with soya sauce and honey till they are bright and light and the beans are evenly coated with the Sichuan sauce, soya, honey and slight touch of ginger and garlic.
This dish is featured as one of the main dishes in the Sichuan Cuisine. Traditionally in the regions of Sichuan, the dish also made by using Yacai (pickled mustard stem) and Pork.
As for the vegetarian lovers, we can keep it simple by just skipping both the ingredients.
