Good uses for robin hood gf flour blend?

I have not one but 2 bags of the gf flour blend in my pantry but have since found another blend that works a zillion times better in most things. Any tips or recipes where the robin hood might do well/shine? It’s a rice flour/potato starch etc. blend and it’s just very grainy in most baked goods I’ve tried. Miracle recipes?
