Bread-like recipie using very limited ingredients?

I’ve got some pretty strict food allergies and sensitivities. I can’t have gluten, rice flour, almond/nut flours, or any starchy flours like tapioca, arrowroot, etc. I can do coconut flour, carob, mesquite, and some other powders. I can also use eggs without an issue. Any ideas how to make some form of bread like dish with such limited ingredients? Edit: I can’t do grains either like corn, buckwheat, etc
