A recent study declares that not all carbohydrates are the same…in fact the same goes for all micronutrients…when it comes to diet and mortality.
Finally, they are catching up! But, this being Harvard, there were cautionary remarks regarding how long low carbohydrate diets could be adhered to, certainly not long term, as we need 45-60% of our food to be carbohydrates…the right kind.
