In this recipe, we have filled the Pita’s with chickpeas that are tossed in Del Monte Tandoori Mayo. The Tandoori Mayo is packed with flavors, it has a creamy tasty and made a perfect flavor and taste enhancing ingredient to the chickpeas that we did not find the need to add anything else.
Serve the Stuffed Pita with Tandoori Mayo Chickpeas, Pickled Onions and Vegetables as a wholesome weeknight dinner or even pack it into your lunch box or a picnic. You can also served it with Masala Chai.
