Southwestern spiced shrimp over cheesy grits. I went overboard on the sauce, but they tasted amazing. Gluten, egg and peanut free…. we have a bunch of food allergies in our home.

But I substituted the bell pepper for poblano. I hate cilantro, so we didn’t use that. And I didn’t have a lime, so we used a lemon and it was still very tasty. I use recipes as more of a base, rather than follow line by line… I like trial and error?
