My first time baking since my celiac diagnosis over the summer. They taste just like regular snickerdoodles!

After my diagnosis I was afraid that anything I baked wouldn’t be anywhere near as good as the things I baked previously. To my delight, I was able to make delicious gluten free cookies from a regular recipe! Here’s the recipe, I substituted for gluten free four and baked them for a couple more minutes.
