Gluten free carrot cake with orange frosting

I’m glad you liked it! The port is a Mate with yerba, I’m from Argentina, it would be like our tea (a bit more bitter).

As for the dairy, don’t worry! you can make an orange glasé instead. Put approximately 180g of icing sugar and little by little add orange juice until you get a thick consistency, not so liquid. Coat it with it and put orange zest on top!
