Have any of you heard of this? Tricia Thompson leads this group who do some great work in a variety of ways. They test GF product claims, they work with Congress on potential legislation, and also work with food manufacturers and producers to reduce potential contamination.
Currently, they are working with General Mills and their proposed dedicated GF line, and with Chipotle on processes and procedures to ensure delivery of uncontaminated meals to those with celiac. I’m happy to support this group monthly, and happy to provide information on them to anyone interested.
