Finally got around to making my roommate a gluten free king cake!

I used the recipe from the website called strength and sunshine! I used normal eggs, milk, and butter though. For my filling I used 2 Tbsp of melted butter, 1/3 cup of brown sugar, and about 1.5 tsp of cinnamon. The topping is a cinnamon roll icing made from 2 Tbsp of melted butter (I use salted), about 1-2 tsp of vanilla, a pinch of salt, 2 cups of powdered sugar, and 3-4ish Tbsp of milk (I kind of guesstimate for the icing).
