I was confused because I was having a reaction every time I ate Chobani yogurt (burning and flushing face), yet I can eat dairy. I have cream in my coffee everyday. After trial and error I found that I could eat OUI, a French style yogurt. So I investigated the difference. Chobani has locust bean gum in it. I’m not sure if it’s cross contamination, or what. I’m curious if anyone else has issues with thickening agents. I am also sensitive to soy. It causes a rash on my face.
