Cooking for a GF relative


I have a relative coming over who is gluten free. I was going to make a meatball soup until I looked at the ingredients in the meatballs I buy, and they include bread crumbs.

So I’m going to make at least his from scratch, and was wondering what the best GF binding agent for meatballs would be to use. Rice flour?
