Glued free and working out

Very similar to common bodybuilders, minus the wheat stuff of course. Brown rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, quinoa, chicken breast, fish. Oh and lots of veggies, lol. I have struggled to find good GF seasonings for chicken so I normally just use minimal amounts of salt. To load up on carbs I use GF brown rice pasta once a week. You don’t really taste any difference.

For protein supplements, I use vegetable-based powders. Since being diagnosed, I have become severely lactose intolerant; so I am unable to consume or digest whey protein unfortunately. Pre workout I stay away from powders since they are highly cross contaminated as well. Death wish coffee does the game for me : )
