I used to follow a keto diet. I got tired of that, and started introducing carbs back into my diet.
I never really paid attention to this before, but I always suffered from some sort of dull ache/pain in my lower right abdomen. I never once experienced this pain while following keto.
Once I started introducing more carbs in my diet, the pain came back. Not sure what this is related to, but I’m going to try to limit the gluten again.
