Gluten Free Air Fryer Broccoli Tempura
2-3 heads of broccoli
1 1/4 cups of cup4cup gluten free flour
2 cups cold water
2 cups gluten free Panko (I used kikkomans)
4 tablespoons of your choice of oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Rinse the broccoli and cut the stems to your desired length. Keep in mind you’ll need to hold it by the stem to shake off excess batter.
2.Combine gluten free flour and cold water and whisk well. It might be a little clumpy but it won’t be a problem.
3. Dip broccoli in the batter and shake off the excess, then coat with GF Panko. Place on foil covered air fryer tray.
4. Combine oil, garlic powder and paprika and drizzle over broccoli, then sprinkle with salt.
5. Air fry at 350F for 7 minutes
Serve with your choice of dipping sauce
