I think it’s likely we’ll be asked to work from home for weeks if illness hits hard, so I stocked up on non perishables.
I like all of these. Only the black bean one seems very different to me – I couldn’t identify the rest in a blind taste test!
The boxes say a serving is ~200 calories,but I tend to eat this with sauce or spices alone and call it a meal, so I have redefined a serving as 300-400 calories. Putting a range on it allowed for easier head-math.
I’m so grateful these have gotten cheaper. They’re so good, and so full of fiber and protein. I used to pay $7-9/box and am so happy to pay ~$4 now.
