I got this recipe here but is in spanish, so I’ll translate it for you guys, but you’ll need to convert the grams to whatever you use in your country. If you have any questions, ask, I’m not expert but I’ll try to translate the instructions of the original source.

This is seriously the best bread I’ve found online, soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside, it’s worth every penny.

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. of rice flour

  • 70 gr. of cassava starch

  • 100 gr. cornstarch

  • 10 gr. xanthic gum (1 1/2 teaspoon)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 10 gr. of baking powder (1 1/2 teaspoon)

  • 2 eggs (I cannot eat eggs so I use egg replacement)

  • 45 gr. of melted butter (again, I used a substitute, vegetable margarine, i guess you could use oil too)

  • 120 cc of warm water

  • 45 gr. of sugar (3 teaspoons approx.)

  • 10 gr. Yeast

PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes

COOKING TIME: 30 to 40 minutes

Preparation

Mix together all the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix together the yeast, warm water and sugar, until they are incorporated. Wait until the yeast is bubbly and add it to the dry ingredients with the melted butter.

Mix together with for about ten minutes or until until the mixture is homogeneous.

Make your loaves and place them in an oiled baking sheet for about ten minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180° celcius degrees, and bake your breads for about 35 minutes. They should be bigger and golden.
