I had a meal containing gluten last weekend. It was a mistake as I thought it didn’t contain gluten or I’d just forgotten. I became bloated after eating and I’ve been experiencing brain fog since Saturday. I’m currently on antidepressants for depression and anxiety and taking gluten seems to slow down my progress. I regretting having that meal. The brain fog got seems to be getting better but I’m still bloated. Is there anyway I can speed things up?
