I’m new on here after being diagnosed as celiac at 46. I’ve been gluten free over a month now and I’ve lost 15lbs, my eczema and other rashes have gone away and I no longer get joint pain to the degree I did before. It’s a huge lifestyle change but after accidentally glutening myself last week the reaction was so bad I know I’ll not touch gluten again. I’m looking forward to being a part of the community here and learning some new tricks to my lifestyle and cooking.
