Followed the recipe on the back of the box for the gluten free donuts.
For the frosting: 1 cup confectioners sugar, 1 tablespoon butter (or dairy free alternative) and about 1/4 cup of a chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life). Microwave on high for 30 second increments, until melted. I would say for me about about 1.5 – 2 minutes total time. Dip in chocolate. The chocolate frosting got low, towards the end of frosting, so I might double the recipe next time.
Edit: Maybe the title should be gluten free donuts, from King Arthur Donut Mix. My bad.
